Last updated: October 2, 2026

Thank you for shopping at Vornaxx. We sell digital products and digital membership access. Because our products are delivered electronically, different refund rules apply compared with physical products.

After successful payment, customers receive access to the purchased digital product or a PDF containing the relevant download/access link.

Because digital products can be accessed immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once the download or digital access has begun, where the customer has expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the applicable withdrawal right.

For customers covered by EU/EEA consumer law, digital content may lose the normal withdrawal right once delivery begins only where the customer has given prior express consent to immediate performance and acknowledged that this causes the withdrawal right to be lost.

Please contact us if:

We will first try to provide a working replacement or correct the problem. Where required by applicable consumer law, you may be entitled to a price reduction, cancellation, or refund if digital content is faulty and the problem cannot be resolved.

Vornaxx may offer membership plans that include a fixed number of download credits.

Once a membership has been activated and the customer has started using membership benefits or download credits, used credits cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

Unused credits have no cash value unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If a membership is automatically recurring, customers may cancel future renewals before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges but does not normally refund membership benefits that have already been provided or used.

If you believe you were charged twice for the same order, please contact us. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded.

If you believe a payment was made without your authorization, contact us as soon as possible and also contact your payment provider.

When a refund is approved, it will normally be returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.

Nothing in this policy removes or limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Refund & Returns Policy Last updated: October 2, 2026 Thank you for shopping at Vornaxx.
