These Terms and Conditions govern your use of <strong>vornaxx.com<\/strong> and purchases made through our website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing a product, or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. About Vornaxx<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vornaxx provides digital products, downloadable content, and membership-based access to eligible digital products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Website:<\/strong> vornaxx.com<br>]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Digital Products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Products sold through Vornaxx are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped unless a product description specifically states otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on the product, delivery may consist of a downloadable PDF containing a button or link that allows the customer to access the purchased digital content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers are responsible for ensuring that their device, internet connection, browser, and software are capable of accessing the purchased content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Orders and Payments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment must be successfully completed before access to a paid digital product or membership is provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe, WooPayments, or other payment services available at checkout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized payment, payment abuse, or a technical pricing error.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Digital Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After successful payment, customers will normally receive access to their purchased digital product through:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the order confirmation page;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>their Vornaxx account;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the email associated with the order; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a downloadable PDF containing the relevant access\/download link.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers should provide a valid email address when placing an order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you do not receive your purchased product, contact <strong>[YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL]<\/strong> with your order number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. PRO Membership<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>Vornaxx PRO<\/strong> plan provides the customer with up to <strong>100 eligible download credits<\/strong>, subject to the conditions displayed when the membership is purchased.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One eligible redemption\/download claim uses <strong>one credit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After all 100 credits have been used, additional downloads must be purchased separately or another applicable membership\/package must be purchased.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unused credits cannot be exchanged for cash.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. PRO MAX Membership<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>Vornaxx PRO MAX<\/strong> plan provides the customer with up to <strong>200 eligible download credits<\/strong>, subject to the conditions displayed when the membership is purchased.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One eligible redemption\/download claim uses <strong>one credit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once all 200 credits have been used, additional products must be purchased separately or another applicable membership\/package must be purchased.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unused credits cannot be exchanged for cash.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Membership Credits<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Credits are personal to the customer account that purchased the membership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Credits may not be sold, transferred, exchanged, or shared with another person unless Vornaxx expressly allows it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A credit is considered used when the customer successfully claims access to an eligible product through the Vornaxx system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vornaxx may correct a credit balance if a technical error causes credits to be incorrectly added or deducted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Individual Purchases<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers do not need a membership to purchase products unless a particular item is specifically marked as membership-only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eligible products may be purchased individually at the price displayed on their product page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Individual purchases do not reduce membership credits unless the customer specifically chooses to obtain that product using a membership credit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Digital purchases are subject to our separate <strong>Refund &amp; Returns Policy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where applicable consumer law provides a withdrawal period, customers retain those statutory rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For digital content supplied immediately, a customer&#8217;s withdrawal right may end once downloading or access begins if the customer has expressly requested immediate performance and acknowledged the resulting loss of the withdrawal right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Download and Access Problems<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a supplied download link does not work, a file is corrupted, or the customer receives the wrong product, the customer should contact us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may provide a replacement link, corrected file, or another appropriate remedy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers should not initiate unnecessary payment disputes or chargebacks before giving us a reasonable opportunity to resolve a genuine technical problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Acceptable Use<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Digital products purchased from Vornaxx are for the purchaser&#8217;s permitted use as stated in the applicable product description or license.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless expressly permitted, customers may not:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>resell or redistribute purchased files;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>publicly share private download links;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>share membership accounts or download credits;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>attempt to bypass purchase or membership restrictions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>interfere with the operation or security of the website; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>use Vornaxx for fraudulent or unlawful activity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Vornaxx name, logo, website design, original text, graphics, and other Vornaxx-owned materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Third-party names, artwork, trademarks, and content remain the property of their respective owners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Products will only be offered where Vornaxx has the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, or other lawful basis to offer them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Account Security<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers are responsible for keeping their account login details secure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You must notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vornaxx may temporarily restrict an account where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, unauthorized sharing, security abuse, or repeated violations of these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14. Product Availability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may add, modify, or remove products from the store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Purchasing a membership does not guarantee that every product currently displayed on the website will remain available indefinitely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where reasonably possible, membership changes will not remove credits that a customer has already validly purchased.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">15. Website Availability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We aim to keep Vornaxx available and functioning correctly, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, hosting problems, payment-provider outages, third-party file hosting, security issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">16. Third-Party Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vornaxx may use third-party services including payment processors, email providers, analytics services, and cloud-storage providers such as Google Drive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">17. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To the extent permitted by law, Vornaxx is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, incompatible customer devices, customer internet problems, or misuse of downloaded products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">18. Changes to These Terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may update these Terms when our products, memberships, website functionality, or legal obligations change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The updated version will be published on this page together with its revised date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Terms applicable at the time of a completed purchase will continue to apply to that purchase where required by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">19. Governing Law<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of <strong>Denmark<\/strong>, without removing any mandatory consumer protections that a customer may have under applicable national or EU consumer law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">20.
