Welcome to Vornaxx. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of vornaxx.com and purchases made through our website.
By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing a product, or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. About Vornaxx
Vornaxx provides digital products, downloadable content, and membership-based access to eligible digital products.

2. Digital Products
Products sold through Vornaxx are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped unless a product description specifically states otherwise.
Depending on the product, delivery may consist of a downloadable PDF containing a button or link that allows the customer to access the purchased digital content.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their device, internet connection, browser, and software are capable of accessing the purchased content.
3. Orders and Payments
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.
Payment must be successfully completed before access to a paid digital product or membership is provided.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe, WooPayments, or other payment services available at checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized payment, payment abuse, or a technical pricing error.
4. Digital Delivery
After successful payment, customers will normally receive access to their purchased digital product through:
- the order confirmation page;
- their Vornaxx account;
- the email associated with the order; or
- a downloadable PDF containing the relevant access/download link.
Customers should provide a valid email address when placing an order.

5. PRO Membership
The Vornaxx PRO plan provides the customer with up to 100 eligible download credits, subject to the conditions displayed when the membership is purchased.
One eligible redemption/download claim uses one credit.
After all 100 credits have been used, additional downloads must be purchased separately or another applicable membership/package must be purchased.
Unused credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. PRO MAX Membership
The Vornaxx PRO MAX plan provides the customer with up to 200 eligible download credits, subject to the conditions displayed when the membership is purchased.
One eligible redemption/download claim uses one credit.
Once all 200 credits have been used, additional products must be purchased separately or another applicable membership/package must be purchased.
Unused credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Membership Credits
Credits are personal to the customer account that purchased the membership.
Credits may not be sold, transferred, exchanged, or shared with another person unless Vornaxx expressly allows it.
A credit is considered used when the customer successfully claims access to an eligible product through the Vornaxx system.
Vornaxx may correct a credit balance if a technical error causes credits to be incorrectly added or deducted.
8. Individual Purchases
Customers do not need a membership to purchase products unless a particular item is specifically marked as membership-only.
Eligible products may be purchased individually at the price displayed on their product page.
Individual purchases do not reduce membership credits unless the customer specifically chooses to obtain that product using a membership credit.
9. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal
Digital purchases are subject to our separate Refund & Returns Policy.
Where applicable consumer law provides a withdrawal period, customers retain those statutory rights.
For digital content supplied immediately, a customer’s withdrawal right may end once downloading or access begins if the customer has expressly requested immediate performance and acknowledged the resulting loss of the withdrawal right.
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Download and Access Problems
If a supplied download link does not work, a file is corrupted, or the customer receives the wrong product, the customer should contact us.
We may provide a replacement link, corrected file, or another appropriate remedy.
Customers should not initiate unnecessary payment disputes or chargebacks before giving us a reasonable opportunity to resolve a genuine technical problem.
11. Acceptable Use
Digital products purchased from Vornaxx are for the purchaser’s permitted use as stated in the applicable product description or license.
Unless expressly permitted, customers may not:
- resell or redistribute purchased files;
- publicly share private download links;
- share membership accounts or download credits;
- attempt to bypass purchase or membership restrictions;
- interfere with the operation or security of the website; or
- use Vornaxx for fraudulent or unlawful activity.
12. Intellectual Property
The Vornaxx name, logo, website design, original text, graphics, and other Vornaxx-owned materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Third-party names, artwork, trademarks, and content remain the property of their respective owners.
Products will only be offered where Vornaxx has the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, or other lawful basis to offer them.
13. Account Security
Customers are responsible for keeping their account login details secure.
You must notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Vornaxx may temporarily restrict an account where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, unauthorized sharing, security abuse, or repeated violations of these Terms.
14. Product Availability
We may add, modify, or remove products from the store.
Purchasing a membership does not guarantee that every product currently displayed on the website will remain available indefinitely.
Where reasonably possible, membership changes will not remove credits that a customer has already validly purchased.
15. Website Availability
We aim to keep Vornaxx available and functioning correctly, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, hosting problems, payment-provider outages, third-party file hosting, security issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
16. Third-Party Services
Vornaxx may use third-party services including payment processors, email providers, analytics services, and cloud-storage providers such as Google Drive.
Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
17. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, Vornaxx is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, incompatible customer devices, customer internet problems, or misuse of downloaded products.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when our products, memberships, website functionality, or legal obligations change.
The updated version will be published on this page together with its revised date.
Terms applicable at the time of a completed purchase will continue to apply to that purchase where required by law.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Denmark, without removing any mandatory consumer protections that a customer may have under applicable national or EU consumer law.
